INHERITANCE LAW
Inheritance laws are those statues and regulations affecting who is entitled to receive what from the estate of a deceased relative. Fees:
Clients may opt for a retainer arrangement, contingent fee arrangement or an hourly billing arrangement. All these are negotiable and within the rates approved by the U.S.A Bar Association.
